Innovative aspects: The main innovative aspect was producing combining two important subjects together and produce an output where we have combined non-formal and work-based employment trial subjects, which have had some innovative aspects as answering an important lack of knowledge and resource in youth studies repertoire and supporting youth employment in IT businesses in a special way which is not practiced enough.
Impact: This output with its content and information provided would have various impacts for youth job seekers and IT businesses as recruiters if the knowledge, documents and strategies are used as provided in this output. The possible impacts would be:
-improving the youths’ skills in getting better internship opportunities in IT businesses which can improve their employability skills,
-developing IT businesses’ skills in preparing improved internships to recruit new workforce, organising better interships in short or longer terms and using our internship documents to make internships much better, organised and effective.
Transferability: Our output has been written in an easy language which can be understood by any reader, the materials were prepared in charts and tables so that they can be downloaded and directly used by IT businesses, published in digital formats (word and pdf formats) which can be downloaded and used by any organisation.
There was a small difference among what we have planned and implemented where we have included more subjects than what we have planned in this output. We have researched more subjects which were related to work-based employment trial content and for non-formal contents, which helped us to create more detailed and effective output.
